We really enjoyed staying at Lincolns Cottage, Swanton Morley, because its an ideal location for touring all of Norfolk. There are many attractions close by for all age groups and several National Trust properties also. The cottage was small and cosy with all the facilities you would need for a lovely holiday. Fresh flowers and milk in the fridge for your arrival. The owners were very helpful if you needed any local information.

Perfect location for coastal and (Thetford) forest walks, country houses (Oxbrough, Felbrigg, Blickling, Sandringham, Holkham etc) and atmospheric ruins (Castle Acre, Castle Rising, Grimes Graves). Owners extremely welcoming and helpful without being intrusive.

Lovely warm cosy cottage - ideal for two. Good location for exploring both the coast and mid Norfolk. Market town of Dereham only 3 miles away - very good shopping facilities. Very helpful, friendly owners - flowers on arrival much appreciated.

The cottage was very pleasant, the owners provided us with a fantastic welcome and were very helpful throughout. Good location for exploring both the local countryside and larger attractions in Norfolk.
